Christmas Menu 2021 

 

Our Christmas menu is homemade and prepared on site using local produce and suppliers, if you have any allergies please let us know so we can ensure we can cater for your requirements.

 

With the current situation the hospitality industry is facing with food shortages we will aim to stick to this menu as close as possible but if there are some food shortages we will ensure to let you know as soon as possible.

Starters 

 

Honey Roasted Carrot and Parsnip Soup (Ve) (GFA)

Topped with parsnip crisps 

 

Baked Camembert (V)(GFA)

Served with ciabatta and red onion chutney

 

Brie, Cranberry and Parma Ham Crostini 

Topped with balsamic glaze and rosemary 

 

Fish Cake 

In panko crumb, served with pea and mint purée 

 

Hoisin Duck Bon Bons 

Served with rocket salad 

 

 

Mains 

 

Traditional Roast Turkey Or Beef (GFA)

Both are served with roast potatoes, pigs in blanket, stuffing, Yorkshire pudding and seasonal vegetables. 

 

Roasted Duck (GFA)

Served on butternut squash purée, dauphinoise potatoes, green beans and roasted carrots with a red wine and blackberry jus. 

 

Chicken Supreme (GF)

Wrapped in streaky bacon, served with a mushroom sauce, dauphinoise potatoes and green beans

 

Nut Roast (Ve)|(GF)

A mixture of nuts with cashew nut butter, leeks, carrots and lentils served with roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables. 

 

Cauliflower Cheese Pithivier (V) 

Puff pastry filled with cauliflower cheese, leeks, squash and caramelised onions, served with roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables

 

Herb Crusted Salmon (GF)

Served with baby prawns in a brown butter, new potatoes and green beans 

 

Desserts 

 

Triple Chocolate Brownie served with ice cream 

 

Apple Crumble served with custard 

 

Christmas Pudding & Mince Pie  

 

Lemon Posset served with shortbread
